My life revolves around my sleep. Well this part of the semester anyway.

MOI: Groanssss....

MOI:Groansss...
gal:We have a problem the lab server is down, and we don't have access to...
MOI: AGHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (looks at watch, "I'm closed to an hour late to work")
(Gets up, grab bag and runs to the computer lab I'm sort of supervising)

Morale of the story: Murphy's Laws hold true when you least expected it to be.
Murphy's law: If something bad can happen, it will happen when you least expected it to be.

UGhghghghgghh long explaining to do with my computerlab manager, if the server wasn't down I'll be OK eventhough I was late. Just one of those days. Why I was late? No I wasn't studying till 4.am like normal students are (DEAD WEEK), I was watching X-files last night.

UGHGhghghg class time,

OK today or rather yesterday was the beginning of DEAD WEEK (with echoes). AND I ASSURE YOU and EVERYONE ELSE it is NOTHING DEAD ABOUT DEAD WEEK. Except for walking Human zombies/vampires from the lack or no sleep from studying? naaaaaaahhh from rushing in to hand in all the term papers and projects.(Final Exam week is followed by Dead WEEk and we still have classes during DEAD WEEK)
It gets kind of ridiculous when the library looks like a minibus (amount of people in it) and people must queue for computers on the computer lab.(Lucky I got a private system support staff workstation for myself now ;) )

In the lab today:
MOI: Hey Gwen nice eye tatoo
Gwen : Is It, Oh Sh*t
(Due to the lack of sleep Gwen veins under her right eye showed up at the surface, thereby looking like a dark-greenish eyeliner gone wrong that resembles a tatoo gone wrong) p/s This only happens to Gwen and only Gwen.

HaHahahaha what a day, my priorities have all gone wrong. Intead of studying more like what the common people do as final exams week gets closer, I seem to be having more fun and just "lepakking" around. WhUmM I'm probably burned out from the last 3-4 weeks of hectic struggle where at least one friday or saturday night I'll be trying to finish off my homework or programming assignments.
Last night I've decided to go "Yum char" with my Malaysian friends , where? it was close to 12.00 am (most US stores closed at 9.00 pm) and there are only a few places to Yum char, and when we mean Yum char (Which is go for a drink that is usually not alcoholic) there was only Arby's, Huddle House and Tolly Ho's (ok minus the Bars). Arby's being your typical MacDonalds wannabee and Huddle house a stuffy home-cok restaurant, the obvious choice was TollY-Ho's that play good house-music at the background. We drank(milkshakes) ,ate burgers and fries and basically yalked lots of crap. FUnNnn! On the way back (YES we walk 15 minutes from the apartments to Tolly-Ho's in 9 celsius!!,WARMmmm compared to two months ago when (TO BE CONTINUED, NOW PROJECT MEETING)

Ok I'm not sure whether this is a delayed blog or not. If it is , then it is my first.
Yesterday Exam was let's justsay degrading and draining. I was stuck at the last programming question and couldn't think of a solution for it, anyone here familiar with Djikstral or Kruskal algorithm? I swear polish people (Yes those are polish names) have so much free time on their hands that during the early 1900's they have nothing better off to do but invent "GREEDY Algorithms"!!, believe me there is a reason for calling those algorithms GREEDY. Well anyway , by the time I've discovered how to solve the problem , the Teaching assistant (Invigilator AKA Student Watch Hawk) announced "You have Negative seconds left", and I was like AGHGHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh NOoooooOoooooooooooooooooooooooo, I then rushed and suprisingly managed to scrible something (Which I myself can't read) that was sort of wrong but correct (Daryan's method of beating behind the bush too make the professor confused on what you are doing but think you know something they don't know but in actual fact you don't have the foggiest on what you are doing) in the hopes of getting partial marks.Oh Wellllllllll.
Aiks just incase there are some non savy IT readers, Algorithm is sort of a programming style.

whumm anyone interested to go on a holiday cruise to the Bahamas for $690 per person? 8 days 7 nighs cruise and stops inclusive of food an accomodation? My friend got FFK last minute by his so called travel buddies.

Let's see it's close to 3.am, one of my exam is less than 9 hours away. I think i'm Ready, I think? Since nobody in the class including the professor (Ughh hope he doesn't read my blog) seems to know what were doing (YesSs were all supposedly to be SCIENTIST OR ENGINEERS), makes me wonder whether real SCIENTIST OR ENGINEERS know what they are doing (no offence to my Engineering and Scientific audience, if you're studying in University of Kentucky I'm sure my experience isn't an isolated one).
At first I intentionally didn't want to release this blog to the public until after my finals (3 weeks from now). But it looks like half the world knows it by now, Thanks to some "KEy Poh" that are in New Zealand (Yes you Pokey Gal), a few Malaysians in Malaysia and some loyal brethern and comrades in programming right here in Lexington Kentucky.
Will probably blog again later after my exam.
It's funny, all of the sudden I've discovered a HUGE majority of my friends blogs, something that I didn't know before.
Oh Well Dream Time for me.

p/s Charley you don't have to cry anymore, I'm not using YOUR TEMPLATE anymore ^__^

My mantra for today will be "Blog blog blog blog blog blog".
I've been floating around campus feeling extremely light headed and with a sense of being intoxicated by.....
LACK OF SLEEP, yes Belive it OR nOT!!. Symptoms of someone having a prolong period of lack of sleep may or does resemble someone who is high on alcohol. Don't believe? Go ask any medical student or Doctor to be (medical doctors).
Now the big question, Why the lack of sleep?? Well mainly I have an exam tomorow, but usually I still get enough sleep.
2) which is probably is this : Spending to much time fixing and refining the blog page.
Isn't it crazy? I have an exam tomorrow "Algorithm analysis" and I'm not 100% prepared yet and I'm Bloging!! (Wait or is it Blogging, I know it's not in the dictionary nor the Thesaurus)

Ohh Nooo It's time to repeat my mantra:
Blog Blog Blog Blog Blog Blog Blog Blog

p/s If blogging is like a story, and life is but a story, then wouldn't blogging be life? (OK weird deduction from a guy who needs Sleepp zzzzz)

Actually i'm writing this blog for the second time since the blogspot ate my first blog.,
It's seriously weird what happened to me today. What turned out to be a professional meeting between me and the taiwanese vice-president became more of a proper lunch date at a secluded restaurant within walking distance of the campus. It's sincerely been a very long time since I've remembered my last actual date, can't even remember who or where. Yes it's been that long. It's funny to think that I knew her for almost close to 2 years, but all pf our conversation up till now has been strictly professional regarding club and associations (as with my countless acquaintances in those organizartions as well). Yet today we found ourselves having such a good time together, we are different but we enjoyed each other conversation.
It's not funny when I get the sense of DejaVu that this had happened to me before, especially since maybe I'll be leaving kentucky for good soon, I remember a time when something of this sort had happened before. It makes me think when was the last time I stopped to breathe the fresh air, to gaze upon the sun, to smell the blooming flowers of spring or to oberve the birds and squirrels frolicking among themselves. I'm not sure why I'm even writing this, maybe it's just for the benefit of myself or my readers, if there are even readers to this site to begin with.
My only advise to those reading out there, is to take a break from all your hectic urban lifestyle, to just look around and see what you're missing before,
"Discovering something that it's too late to do anything about
or worse not discovering anything at all".... "There's always something to discover when you least expected it" says her

What's even weirder, of all days the restaurant had a table of Malaysians, bump into a few while walking back to campus. I can imagine all the cyber gossip going on now. Oh welll.

Well today I spent 3 hours accompaning my friend to a Honor & recognition ceremony. A ceremony where scholarships are awarded.
whummm I wonder, I've never won a scholarship in my whole life, not because I'm not qualified but because of circumstances, like my dean sending in an application late, I'm missing a dateline to apply and etc..and these both happened on several occasion. And when recently when I've finally secured a scholarship worth 5k US per semester, I got rejected by graduate schooll OhhHHhh The irony......
a quote from a friend "Shit happens"

oh well just got to make the best out of shit sometimes too.

Hi, I'm testing this blogggggg.. why? Chooki told me sooo So im just testing it. Whummmmmm Charlotte gonna scream on me for I have the same template as hers. But I guess it wouldn't be a problem since I'll be chainging it soon before I released it to the public. Only chooki (not even my mom) knows about this blog spot.
Easter just passed by a few days ago, as the days goes by I find it increasingly hard to put my faith in the lord...especially with so much uncertainty. i know I should trust god with all my heart and follow him no matter where he goes, but how do I know where is he going? and am I actually going the right way or just the opposite. sighh,,

The world is as turbulant as ever,
Sign of the coming times they say.
But is this just all in our mind?
